January 2024: Helen Pearson to appear in a new touring production of Tim Firth and Gary Barlow’s musical Calendar Girls

An actress of considerable skill and versatility, Helen Pearson has enjoyed a varied career, having worked extensively in theatre – repertory, the London fringe and the West End – as well as in film and television.

For the last 15 years she has played Frankie Osbourne in Channel 4’s Hollyoaks. Other TV credits include series regulars in Emmerdale and Eastenders, as well as guest appearences in – amongst many others – Inspector Morse, Holding On, A Touch of Frost and The Darling Buds of May. Theatre credits include Unleashed at Hull Truck, a season at the Stephen Joseph Theatre in Scarborough, directed by Alan Ayckbourn, and subsequently in the West End run of his play Comic Potential. More recently, Helen has appeared in the films Cold and Lorna.
